ORBA Biokimya produces enzymes for the food, textile, leather, and feed industries in its modern, 4000 Sq. m. facility in Istanbul. The cultivation of enzymes through solid-state and submerged fermentation as well as the development and optimization of productive strains by conventional methods and genetic engineering are some of our activities in this field.
